In ‘Shopping is My Life’ (BBC 3) Nick works with people addicted to shopping to help free them of their old beliefs and urges; and then work out what is truly behind their addiction and how to solve it. Nick shares some useful tools and techniques on this fun but poignant show.

The 4-part series aired in June 2008 and followed the lives of people whose urge to splurge on the latest gifts, gadgets, lifestyles and luxuries was rapidly spiralling out of control. Instead of telling people what to, do Nick goes a little deeper so that they can explore for themselves what is really going on - and what is really missing from their life.

NICK JANKEL AND KELLY OSBORNE PRESENT BBC RADIO 1’S BIG WEEKEND

This year Nick Jankel and Kelly Osborne hosted a festival of happiness within Europe’s largest free party, interviewing famous singers and DJs, and exploding the Inner Revolution Love Bomb full of inspiring messages from revellers in the tent to the rest of the festival.
