weCreate is designed to be a true experience. Just like reading a script for a movie or film is not like seeing it in the cinema with surround sound and popcorn, so just reading through the session will only give you an idea of what it can do. To get the full experience you have to try it out by doing it.

Below you can download a free weCreate session. The session we are giving you is called: Thinking like a leader every day. In the weCreate Toolkit it is usually the last session that you will have, but it’s so powerful we thought it should be the one we offer as a test drive.

Here are a few tips to help you get the most out of it:

1. Get in touch with a friend who might want to test drive it with you - ideally someone smart and open and who wants to explore their real potential.
2. Send them a link to the site so that they can download a copy.
3. Timetable a session - maybe over a coffee or drink. You’ll need an hour or two. You can do it over the phone but it’s best in person.
4. Follow the instructions on the page. Yes, it’s really that easy.
5. You will see some words on the page are underlined and that there are mentions of other parts of the toolkit. You’ll have to ignore these for now, but in the complete kit you will get all sorts of useful leadership and stress-reduction tools in addition to the actual 8 sessions of coaching.
