Our Manifesto

1. Change starts inside. Always. Outer revolutions end up in domination and oppression. They can trap us in vanity and selfishness without us knowing it. Look inside first.

2. Plug into the present. It’s where all our creativity lives. Obsessing about a past that is long gone, and worrying about a future that might never happen is a life spent in fantasy. Life only exists in the Now.

3. Choose our own beliefs. Make our own rules. Throw out the old ones to make way for the new which prevents us from living someone else’s life. We enjoy the transitions from old to new even if the change can be quite a ride. Be open and let fresh patterns form from the melting of the old.

4. Learn the lessons. Everything that we experience can help us grow and free us from our outdated beliefs. We will courageously look reality in the eye and see how to use what cards we are dealt to be ever more loving, inspiring and creative.

5. Let go of how we think things should be. Our pain and suffering comes from wanting things we don’t have and trying to get rid of the things that we do have. Every moment is one of lack or love. Choose now.

6. Make friends with all facets of our personality. They aren’t going anywhere and have much to teach us anyway. Some are there to protect us, but don’t do it so well any more. Help them learn new ways.

7. Discover our purpose. When we know what truly inspires us, and what our role in the world can be, we can live purposefully. All barriers become relative to our highest truth.

8. Who cares wins. All the love we want to feel comes from the love we give. It is always this way round. The sooner we get this, the sooner we are truly free.

9. Be response-able. Create new solutions to every challenge rather than repeat the same old responses. Ask ourselves better questions. Be a leader in our own life, before we start getting involved in other people’s business.

10. Get out of the way of ourselves. We are all intuitive but our logic and fear gets us into all sorts of trouble. Practice listening to space and silence; with it comes wisdom - wisdom that can sometimes seem crazy. Our intuition may sometimes amplify our fears but we choose to live a life guided by flow not dictated by terror.
