What does this Inner Revolution stand for, if anything?
You can find full details of this in our Manifesto. If you haven’t got time to read it, it’s essentially a call to action for everyone us included to change the world starting with what’s going on in our own minds.

I’m in therapy/have a diagnosed mental health difficulty/am currently on medication. Can the tools that I can see Inner Revolution help me too?
As detailed in the Legal Disclaimer page, it’s worth noting that this site is no substitute for therapy or medication or as a cure for any psychological condition or concern. You are a) advised to consult a physician beforehand if you are in any doubt as to your mental health and b) when using the tools take ownership of your experience by looking for the positives, rather than dwelling on the negative. The tools are designed to help anyone look for the solutions within life’s challenges, and to create a better future, should they choose to.

Parties? When are they happening, and can I come too?
We will let you know about these as and when they happen. The best way of finding out will be our newsletter, which you can sign up for on the homepage. Occasionally, we may update people who are not on the newsletter list via our blog or on the Get Stuff page.

Why is it recommended to sign in to use the site and how much does it cost?
It costs nothing to sign in. When you do, you’ll be able to contribute to blogs, review music, share interesting quotes and other stuff with us quickly and easily.

Is Inner Revolution a religious movement, will I be encouraged to change any of the secular or spiritual beliefs I have?
No – we are open to contributions from everyone regardless of religious or secular belief. For more on this, see Our Ethics.

Why do you offer so much free content?
We want the word of the Inner Revolution to spread as far and wide as possible, so it only seemed right that we should give some of our most valuable tools away. We also appreciate that people under 18 use our site, and denying them the chance to bring about their own positive lifestyle changes just because they don’t have the money doesn’t seem fair.
