Very exciting!  In some ways quite similar to a project I’ve been working on for a while now, revolving as well around a ‘revolution’ theme, and other similar concepts.

Glad to be welcome. This is inspiring, believe that most of us are open to be inspired still what follows is a very emotional and hard path definitely worth it if we are able to focus and go through it.
Have managed people and the experience definitely changed me but it was when I came across coaching (being coached and then using the techniques on my team and then almost anyone in different ways) that I truly started a deep process of change.
I realised how much we are formatted to build defenses against introspection and change. By the time I was 30 I had built the strongest walls of cynicism to justify everything and justify stupid behaviours I was openly able to deem stupid.
Still through the process of change, still a bit stupid and a bit cynical… Aware of it now and working on it.
I believe in revolution, in individual action and glad to have found a community with a similar perspective.
I want to take part! And I am happy to share my own experience with anyone interested.
